Mission

DLREC's Mission is to promote LGBTQ+ representation in real estate and property rights conversations, and create a network of real estate professionals who value the LGBTQ+ community through community building events, volunteerism, and education.

Education

As a member of DLREC, you have access to (at least) quarterly learning opportunities. Many are qualified CE courses, but even if they aren't, we aim to deliver current, valuable content! Also, as a member, you have first access to classes, and always at a discount!

Giving Back

Each year, DLREC selects a local non-profit to be their annual beneficiary. At all events throughout the year we highlight and encourage donations to our charity partner, we volunteer time, collect donations, and the most exciting - our Annual Drag Bingo event raises a generous donation!

Community

Community is an important part of being human. We aim to be a supportive environment that prioritizes radical acceptance and self expression. Show up to us with your whole self. When community is formed, you don't need to worry about networking - that's already built in!
