“You can’t build community from the sidelines.”
I’m Martin Percival, founder of Condo Kween™ and a Denver real estate agent who believes home is about more than four walls — it’s about feeling safe, seen, and truly welcome. I wanted to be part of the Denver LGBTQ+ Real Estate Community because I believe representation matters, and because our community is stronger when we support, learn from, and celebrate one another.
After more than a decade in Denver real estate, I’m excited to connect with fellow LGBTQ+ professionals, share knowledge, build relationships, and help create a more inclusive real estate community. And, of course, bring a little Condo Kween™ sparkle along the way.
