Alicia Duncan Coulter
REALTOR®
Residential Real Estate
Alicia Duncan Coulter was born + raised in the beautiful state of Colorado, where she’s resided for her entire life. As a long-time Arvada resident, Alicia knows the Denver Metro like the back of her hand - and loves sharing her knowledge of our many neighborhoods + communities with her clients and friends. The transition into Real Estate was a natural one for Alicia, as her favorite part of her job has always been coming up with creative solutions to problems and ensuring her clients are well-taken care of - both of which are staples in her real estate career. Alicia enjoys serving all types of people, from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility are extremely important to Alicia, and she is able to advocate for these values through her designation in At Home with Diversity.
